Mumukshu is the intense desire for freedom or seeking God, and Sai Baba said it is the first pre requisite for any person seeking Brahmagyan. In the chapters 16 & 17 in Sai Baba's Satcharita, there was a leela of a visitor who wanted Brahmagyan from Baba, and very quickly. After that, Baba gave a brief on what are the 10 pre-requisites for Brahmagyan or Self Realization. All persons do not see or realize the Brahma in their lifetime. Certain qualifications are absolutely necessary. 1. Mumukshu 2. Virakti 3. Antarmukha (introversion) 4. Catharsis 5. Right conduct 6. Preferring Shreyas (the good), to Preyas (the pleasant) 7. Control of the mind and the senses 8. Purification of the mind - 9. The necessity of a Guru - 10. And lastly, grace of the Lord is the most essential thing. In this talk, Baba Bholenath discusses various devotional sentiments that devotees have. He speaks about Kunti Mata and how she asked Lord Krishna to only bestow her with sorrow, so that she may remember God at all times. Bholebaba says this is not necessarily a favourable attitude to cherish. He elaborates that if her intention were to take on the difficulties of others, then it would be alright to do so. Bholebaba also speaks of Kabir and Osho, and cites how mankind cannot truly understand what Masters do and why, as people are stuck with their own ideas and cannot look beyond the obvious.
